In order to detect and manage risks on your social media channels, we need to generate an access token. This will allow us to monitor your pages, identify content that breaches guidelines and customer service queries, then act on your behalf securely without the need to share login details. To generate a token, please type your name and company in the box below, then select the network you would like to connect to the Resolver service. You may be asked to log in to the relevant platform. Once logged in (or if you’re already logged in) you’ll be asked to authorize access to your page or account. Once this is done, we’ll automatically be sent the information we need to update the configuration of your account.
By authorizing access to your page or account, you are consenting to Resolver using this access to provide the services defined in your Master Service Agreement and corresponding Statements of Work.
